Registration details
Registration for InTrust 2012 is now open. At least one author of every accepted paper must register in order for their paper to be included in the proceedings.
Items included in registration
The registration fee includes the following:
- conference entry, including lunch and refreshments, on 17th and 18th December 2012;
- the Gala Dinner on 17th December 2012.
The conference Gala Dinner will take place in the Crosslands Suite, in the Royal Holloway Founder's Building. The Crossland Suite, marked 1 on the campus plan, is named after the architect of Founder's, William Henry Crossland.
Optional items
Delegates may choose to stay in accommodation on the college campus in Reid Hall (marked 42 on the campus plan); this comfortable but reasonably priced hotel style accommodation includes breakfast, and all rooms are 'en suite'. Reid Hall is located within five minutes' walk of the conference lecture hall. The accommodation is available for two nights, for guests checking in on Sunday December 16th and checking out Tuesday December 18th.
Additional tickets may be purchased for the conference Gala Dinner on the evening of Monday December 17th.
Costs and how to register
The registration fee for the conference is £338. Two nights bed and breakfast accommodation on-site is an additional £112. Extra Gala Dinner tickets (for partners or guests of conference delegates) are available at £50 each.
Registration must be completed via the Royal Holloway Online Store. Two main options will be available:
A third purchasable item at the online store, which should only be selected in conjunction with one of the above two options, enables the purchase of additional Gala Dinner tickets.
